Géolocation has adhered to the ISO international quality standards since 1996. Our organization has now achieved the ISO 9001:2008 standards. This certification involves a series of procedures that are being followed depending on the type of activity. Technical and administrative work for our projects hinges on these operational standards, tools and procedures. To ensure the stringent application of these ISO standards, all management and operational procedures for quality insurance are included in a manual readily available to all of our employees. In this regard, last fall, our organization successfully completed its external audit to renew our ISO certification. These ISO standards allow us not only to manage more efficiently our services quality but more so it ensures we stick to our management policy, spelled out as nothing less than total quality for all of our clients.
