High Precision Geodetic Network in Northern Quebec

In the winter of 2012, GÉOLOCATION carried out the geodetic observations with a view to establish the Northern Quebec High Precision Network.  In total, 13 Northern communities were visited and 89 vectors were observed using dual frequency GPS receivers.  Our business experience as well as carefully planned logistics were key to our success in this project, which involved a large number of flights, as well as coping with weather shifts and major communications security obstacles.  We obtained this mandate from the Quebec Department of Natural Resources following a public tender offer.
